Introduction

There are two types of charges that you may be required to pay. The charges described in the ‘General Charges’ section apply in relation to your slotome account and therefore are relevant to all customers. In addition, there are certain charges that only apply in particular circumstances to customers of the slotome Exchange. Further details of all of the following charges can be found in the relevant sections below.

General Charges

Charges relating to the Deposit and Withdrawal of funds to or from slotome are set out in the deposit and withdrawal pages within the ‘My Account’ section on the website. However, additional charges may apply in some cases. These charges are set out in Section 5.

An Inactive Account Fee will be payable by customers who have not logged in to their slotome account for thirteen consecutive months or more and who have a slotome account in credit. Details of the Inactive Account Fee are set out in Section 7 below.

Charges applicable only to the slotome Exchange
For the vast majority of slotome Exchange customers, the only charges paid to slotome will be Commission on net winnings in an Exchange market, as set out in more detail in Section 1 below.

There are additional charges on the Exchange to deter extreme usage of the facilities provided by slotome: customers who place more than 1000 bets in any hour on the Exchange may also be charged Transaction Charges depending on the number of bets placed and the amount of commission they have already paid, as set out in Section 4 below.

A small number of customers who, in the long-term, generate very little commission compared to the amount they win may incur Premium Charges. Any customer affected by this charge will be notified in advance. Details of the Premium Charge are set out in Section 6 below. A Turnover Charge will be payable by a very small number of our customers who engage with the Betting Exchange on certain Australian racing markets in a particular way. Details of the Turnover Charge are set out in Section 8 below.

slotome charges a Commission on your net winnings on a market. If you have a net loss on a market you do not pay commission.

The size of this discount, or your Discount Rate, is determined by the number of slotome Points you have accrued on your account. slotome Points are earned in proportion to your betting activity - the more you bet, the more points you accrue, the greater your Discount Rate. Please note that your discount rate will be capped at 20% unless you have completed slotome's Know Your Customer check requirements.

You earn slotome Points every time you bet on a market. You will earn 1 point for every 10 pence of commission paid (if you have net winnings) or implied commission (if you have a net loss). Implied commission is calculated in exactly the same way as commission but refers to losses rather than winnings. slotome Points are awarded equally whether you win or lose.

A small number of customers who, in the long-term, generate very little commission compared to the amount they win may incur Premium Charges. 1. In order to open an account in our company and to access our services, one must necessarily be over 18 years old.

2. Each person can open only one account in slotome.com . 5. Restrictions placed by the player:
Any registered client may send a written, or an electronic notification:

10. slotome.com is in no case responsible for problems related to problematic PCs, telecommunication lines or internet connections, nor for play methods implemented by clients who are not approved by our company.

11. In spite of the fact that all the necessary measures are taken, in order to protect the Software against viruses, we cannot and will not guarantee you that your PC will not be affected, with such thing resulting to the interruption of our services. The services will be rendered again, within the reasonable time period required for the restoration of any damage you may suffer, after the interruption of our services.

13. As a requirement for the use of the Internet Site Addresses of slotome.com, one must guarantee that the internet site addresses will not be used for illegal purposes, or purposes violating the above terms and requirements.

14. If any part of this agreement becomes void, or does not conform to the applying laws, including, without limitation, the guarantees and the liabilities stipulated above, an applying term, matching the intentions of the initial purpose will prevail over such void or non-conforming part of the agreement, while the rest of the agreement will remain in force.

15. This agreement is subject to the Laws of Curaçao.

By accepting the terms and conditions of our company, the user accepts that our company has the right to conduct any identification and verification checks, which deems necessary and request the user to send further identification and verification documents. The user also agrees to provide all the information that will be required for the authentication check. During and until the identification checks are completed, our company reserves the right to suspend or restrict the user's account.

17. Where deposits/withdrawals are made by electronic payment methods (eg electronic wallet), the customer is required to use his personal electronic payment account. In the event that third-party electronic payment accounts are used, then all winnings made after the deposit with this electronic payment account are canceled and the deposits are refunded to the third-party electronic payment account after deducting any costs. General Bonus terms and conditions



1. Members may only benefit from one kind of bonus for each investment.

2. In order to be eligible for the bonus, requests must be submitted through Live Support. All other requests will be void.

14. Members must not have any open bets to qualify for the lost bonus.
